I have the honor and privileged of working at FIU Online in sunny, colorful, and loud Miami, Florida helping instructors make their dreams come true. While that may sound facetious, I actually work on a small Learning Design Innovation team tasked with researching the latest and greatest trends in instructional design for higher education.

My team and I consist of a rowdy and passionate bunch of learning design professional that love to push the boundaries and norms of academic instruction. In other words, we don't do boring. As the resident game designer on the team, I have helped faculty member implement incredible immersive and engaging activities in their courses that have students asking for more (in a  good way 😉).
